5. Right front stance, left knife block, left arm grab, arm tuck and twist, pivot 1/4 turn left, right punch to the face, Kiap.
6. Right front stance, left inside forearm block, right punch body, left punch face, Kiap.
7. Left front stance, right inside forearm block, right roundhouse kick to the body, Kiap.
Form - Chonji Hyung

Literal Meaning: "The Heaven The Earth". It is interpreted as the creation of the world or the beginning of human history. Therefore, it is the initial form played by the beginner.

The form consists of two similar parts, one to represent heaven and the other to represent the earth.

1. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a left front stance, execute a left low block, and Kiap.
2. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right reverse punch to the body.
3. Look right, turn 1/2 turn right into a right front stance, and execute a right low block.
4. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a left reverse punch to the body.
5. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a left front stance, and execute a left low block.
6. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right reverse punch to the body.
7. Look right, turn 1/2 turn right into a right front stance, and execute a right low block.
8. Step forward into a left front stance, execute a left reverse punch to the body, and Kiap.
9. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance, execute a left inside forearm block.
10. Step into a right front stance and execute a right reverse punch to the body.
11. Look right, turn 1/2 turn right into a left back stance, and execute a right inside forearm block.
12. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a left reverse punch to the body.
13. Look left, turn to the left into a right back stance, and execute a left inside forearm block.
