Self-Defense:
1. Left front stance, low 'x' block, left knife block, right knife strike to the neck, right punch to the body, step with the right foot under the opponent's arm, right roundhouse kick to the head, Kiap.
2. Left front stance, low 'x' block, left across body palm block, right punch to the body, left punch to the body, clear the opponent's left arm to the left with the left hand, right roundhouse kick to the head, Kiap.
3. Left front stance, low 'x' block, right knife block, right inside crescent kick to the head, right roundhouse kick to the head, Kiap.
4. Left leg check, left sidekick to the body, left palm block to the right, right spinning sidekick to the body, Kiap.
5. Left leg check, left sidekick to the body, left palm block down, right spinning crescent kick to the head, right spinning sweep, Kiap.
6. Cross step to the right with the left foot, left palm block down, right spinning crescent kick to the head, right outside crescent kick to the head, right tornado ax kick, Kiap.
7. Left front stance, low 'x' block, right knife block, right roundhouse kick to the body, right roundhouse kick to the face, left spinning sidekick to the body, Kiap.
* Al1 Deputy Black belt techniques should be executed from a fighting stance.
Form - Kwan-Gye Hyung
This form is named after the famous Gwan-Gye To-Wang, the 19th king of the Kogoru dynasty, who regained all the lost territories.
1. Step forward into a left front stance, pivot 1/4 turn right into a right front stance, chamber the right hand behind the right ear, execute a left palm block down, and Kiap.
2. Pivot left 1/4 turn into a left front stance and execute a tangen right uppercut to the body.
3. Step forward into a right front stance, pivot 1/4 turn left into a left front stance, chamber the left hand behind the left ear, and execute a right palm block down.
4. Pivot 1/4 turn light into a right front stance and execute a tangen left uppercut to the body.
5. Cross step forward into a left back stance and execute a double knife block.
6. Step back into a right back stance and execute a double knife down.
7. Cross step forward into a right back stance and execute a double knife block.
8. Step back into a left back stance and execute a double knife down.
9. Step forward into a right cat stance and execute a double knife block.
10. Step forward into a left cat stance and execute a double knife block.
11. Step forward into a 'x' stance, execute a right palm block low, and a left palm block shoulder high.
12. Pivot on the left foot 1/2 turn right into a left front stance, slide the left hand down the right arm and grab, chamber the right hand open behind the right ear, execute a tanged right palm strike to the groin, and pull the left hand back to the hip.
13. Step forward into a right front stance, pivot 1/4 turn left into a left front stances chamber the left hand open behind the left ear, and execute a right palm block down.
14. Pivot 1/4 turn right into a right front stance, execute a tanged left palm strike to the groin, and pull the right hand back to the hip.
15. Bring the left foot to the right foot (together), cover the right fist with the open left hand (palm in) body high, extend the hands head high turning the left palm out and extend the arms in a circular motion bringing the hands together belt high.
16. Look left, execute a left leg double sidekick to the knee then to the body, place the left leg down in a right back stance to the left, and execute a 'c' block.
17. Grab the opponent's head with the left hand, pull opponent to self execute a right side hammer fist to the head, release the head, slide the left foot back to the right foot, and execute a hammer fist to the left, head high.
18. Bring the hands together at the waist with the left hand closed and the right hand open.
19. Look right, execute a right leg double sidekick to the knee then to the body, place the right leg down in a left back stance to the right, and execute a 'c' block.
20. Grab the opponent's head with the right hand, pull the opponent to self execute a left side hammer fist to the head, release the head, slide the right back to the left foot, and execute a hammer fist to the left, head high.
21. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a tangen pressing block (left hand low, right hand high and switch).
22. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a tangen pressing block (right hand low, left hand high and switch).
23. Look right, turn 1/2 turn right into a left back stance, and execute a right backfist to the face.
24. Slide the right foot to the right into a right front stance, execute a right reinforced inside forearm block, execute a left low block step-slide back and execute a right spearhead to the face.
25. Look left, turn 1/2 turn left into a right back stance, and execute a left backfist to the face.
26. Slide the left foot to the left into a left front stance, execute a left reinforced inside forearm block, execute a right low block, step-slide back, and execute a left spearhead to the face.
27. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a double punch to the face.
28. Look let, turn 1/4 turn to the left into a left front stance (stomp), and execute a double uppercut to the body.
29. Execute a right front kick forward, rechamber the leg, place the right foot down next to the left foot, step forward with the left foot, turn 1/2 turn to the right into a left back stance, and execute a double knife block.
30. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a left reverse punch to the face.
31. Step forward into a right front stance (stomp) and execute a double uppercut to the body.
32. Execute a left front kick, rechamber the leg, place the left foot down next to the right foot, step forward with the right foot, turn 1/2 turn left into a right back stance, and execute a double knife block.
