1. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a left front stance, execute a left outside forearm block, and Kiap.
2. Right reverse punch.
3. Look right, 'X' step, pivot right 1/2 turn into a right front stance, and execute a left outside forearm block.
4. Left reverse punch.
5. Look left, slide right foot to left, step with left foot forward into a right back stance, and execute a double knife block.
6. Step forward into a right front stance, execute a right spear hand to the throat, and Kiap.
7. Close spear hand, turn one 1/2 turn into a left front stance, and execute a left back fist to the face.
8. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right back fist to the face.
9. Look right, turn left 3/4 turn into a left front stance, and execute a left outside forearm block.
10. Right reverse punch.
11. Look right, 'X' step, pivot right 1/2 turn into a right front stance, and execute a right forearm block.
12. Left reverse punch.
13. Look left, turn 1/3 turn, into a left front stance, and execute a wedge block shoulder high.
14. Execute a right front kick to the body followed by a right reverse punch to the face, left reverse punch to the face, in a right front stance.
15. Look right, turn 1/4 turn right into a right front stance, and execute a wedge block shoulder high.
16. Execute a left front kick to the body followed by a left reverse punch to the face, right reverse punch to the face, in a left front stance.
17. Look left, turn 1/8 turn left into a left front stance, and execute a left high block.
18. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right high block.
19. Look right, turn 3/4 turn left into a horse stance, and execute a left knife strike to the neck.
20. Look right, slide right into a horse stance, execute a right knife strike to the neck, and Kiap.
