Form - Chung-Moo Hyung
Chung Moo was the given name of the great Admiral Yi Sun-Sin of the Yi Dynasty. He invented the first armored battleship. This form ends with the left hand to symbolize his unfortunate death, before demonstrating his full potential.
1. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance, execute an open hand 'c' block, and Kiap.
2. Step forward into a right front stance, execute a left open hand high block, and execute a right knife strike to the neck.
3. Look right, turn 1/2 turn right into a left back stance, and execute a double knife block.
4. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a left spearhand to the face.
5. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance, and execute a double knife block.
6. Look back over right shoulder, execute a right sidekick to the rear, and return to the right back stance, double knife.
7. Advance forward one step, execute a right jump sidekick forward, land in a left back stance, execute a double knife block, and Kiap.
8. Look right, turn 3/4 turn left into a right back stance and execute a low double knife block.
9. Execute a head grab, right knee strike to the face, and Kiap.
10. Turn 1/2 turn left into a right back stance and execute a left knife strike to the neck.
11. Slide the left foot into a left front stance and execute a right ridgehand to the head.
12. Execute a right leg roundhouse kick forward.
13. Lower the right leg to the floor and execute a left leg spinning sidekick forward.
14. Set the left foot on the floor, turn 1/2 turn into a left back stance, and execute a double knife block.
15. Turn 1/4 turn right and execute a left leg roundhouse kick, place the left foot down into a horse stance, and execute a bow catch to the right.
16. Jump spin left 360 degrees, land in a left back stance, execute a double knife block, and Kiap.
17. Step forward into a left front stance, execute a right palm strike/grab to the groin.
18. Slide the right foot to the left into a right back stance, execute a right backfist to the face, and a left low block combination.
19. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right spearhead to the throat.
20. Look right, turn 3/4 turn left into a left front stance, and execute a left reinforced inside forearm block.
21. Step forward 1/2 turn into a horse stance, execute a right outside forearm block to center body, look right, execute a right backfist to the face.
22. Cover right hand high, left hand low, turn 1/2 turn right, execute a right sidekick, and drop the leg to a left back stance.
23. Cover left hand high, right hand low, turn 1/2 turn left, execute a left sidekick, and drop the leg to a right back stance (turn 1/2 turn after leg drop).
24. Execute a pressing 'x' block body high.
25. Step forward into a left front stance and execute an upward pressing block.
26. Look right, turn 1/2 turn right into a right front stance, execute a right high block, execute a left reverse punch, and Kiap.
