1. Step left into a horse stance, execute a left rising punch, and Kiap.
2. Tangen right reverse punch.
3. Execute a left reverse punch, then a right reverse punch.
4. Slide the left foot to the right foot, step with the right foot to the right into a horse stance, leave the right hand extended.
5. Tangen left reverse punch.
6. Execute a right reverse punch, then a left reverse punch.
7. Step right 45 degrees into a right front stance, and execute a right inside forearm block.
8. Execute a left front kick forward, lower the left foot into a left front stance.
