Form - Toi-Gye Hyung
This form was named after the pen-name of the noted scholar Yi Hwang (16th A.D.),authority on neo-Confucianism.
1. Look left, turn 1/4 turn to the left into a right back stance, execute a left inside forearm block, and Kiap.
2. Slide the left foot to the leg into a left front stance and execute a right palm strike/grab to the groin.
3. Turn to the right 1/4 turn, slide the left foot to the right foot (together), slide the left hand down the right arm (tear away) bringing the hands to a right outside forearm block and the left into a low block.
4. Look right, turn 1/4 turn right into a left back stance, and execute a right inside forearm block.
5. Slide the right foot to the right into a right front stance and execute a left palm strike/grab to the groin.
6. Turn 1/4 turn to the left, slide the right foot to the left foot (together), slide the right hand down the left arm (tear away) bringing the hands to a left outside forearm block and the right into a low block.
7. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a low ''x'' block.
8. Execute a double punch to the face as the feet remain the same.
9. Execute a right front kick forward and put right foot down into a right front stance.
10. Execute a right reverse punch to the middle section.
11. Execute a left reverse punch to the middle section.
12. Look left, slide the left foot to the right foot (together), turn 1/4 turn to the left, and bring the fists slowly to the hips.
13. Turn 1/4 turn left, step with the right foot into a horse stance, and execute a mountain block.
14. Turn 1/2 turn right, step with the left foot into a horse stance, and execute a mountain block.
15. Turn 1/2 turn right, step with the left foot into a horse stance, and execute a mountain block.
16. Turn 1/2 turn left, step with the right foot into a horse stance, and execute a mountain block.
17. Turn 1/2 turn right, step with the left foot into a horse stance, and execute a mountain block.
18. Turn 1/2 turn right, step with the left foot into a horse stance, and execute a mountain block.
19. Turn 1/4 turn right bringing the right foot to the left foot (together), turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance, and execute a low reinforced inside forearm block.
20. Slide the left foot left into a left front stance and execute a head grab.
21. Execute a right knee strike to the head and Kiap.
22. Look left, turn 1/2 turn left into a light back stance, and execute a double knife block.
23. Execute a left front kick to the body and rechamber the kick.
24. Keep the leg chambered, assume a guarding position, step with the left foot into a left front stance, and execute a left spearhead to the face.
25. Step forward into a left back stance and execute a double knife block.
26. Execute a right front kick and rechamber the leg.
27. Keep the leg chambered, assume a guarding position, step with the right foot into a right front stance, and execute a right spearhead to the face.
28. Step back with the right foot into a right back stance and execute a right backfist to the face and a left low block.
29. Leap and turn 1/2 turn, landing in an ''x'' stance (left foot behind), execute a low ''x'' block, and Kiap.
30. Turn 1/4 turn right into a right front stance and execute a right reinforced inside forearm block.
31. Look right, turn left 3/4 turn into a right back stance, and execute a low double knife block.
32. Slide the left foot into a left front stance and execute a right inside forearm block at 45 degrees.
33. Look right, slide the left foot to the right (together), turn 1/2 turn to the right, step into a left back stance, and execute a low double knife block.
34. Slide the right foot into a right front stance and execute a left inside forearm block at 45 degrees.
35. Pivot left 1/4 turn into a left front stance and execute a right inside forearm block at 45 degrees.
36. Pivot right 1/4 turn into a right front stance and execute a left inside forearm block at 45 degrees.
37. Turn 1/4 turn left, slide the right foot into a horse stance, execute a right reverse punch, and Kiap.
