3. Left back stance, right inside forearm block, 1/2 turn left into a right front stance, left elbow to the body, Kiap.
4. Left back stance, left knife block/grab, right elbow to the body, step right foot to left (feet together), right backfist to the face, Kiap.
5. Left front stance, left across body palm block/grab, pull the arm left with an angular wrist lock, right roundhouse to the body, right leg sweep, left side kick to the armpit, drop to the right knee, right punch to the face, Kiap.
6. Left front stance, left across body palm block, right punch to the body, left punch to the body, left hand clears the arm to the left, right roundhouse to the face, Kiap.
7. Left front stance, left knife block/grab, step with right foot under opponent's arm, slide left arm under opponent's arm into a "chicken wing”, grab the head with the right hand, pull head into a right knee strike, Kiap, throw opponent to the ground.
Form - Dan Gun Hyung

This form in named after the holy DAN-GUN, the legendary founder of Korea in the year of 2333 BC.

1. Look left, slide the left foot to the right foot, extend arms to the right at a 45-degree angle, turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance, execute a double knife block, and Kiap.
2. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right reverse punch to the face.
3. Look right, turn right 1/4 turn bringing the feet together, extend the arms to the left at a 45-degree angle, turn 1/4 turn to the right into a left back stance, and execute a double knife block.
4. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a left reverse punch to the face.
5. Look left, turn 1/4 turn to the left into a left front stance, and execute a left low block.
6. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right reverse punch to the face.
7. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a left reverse punch to the face.
8. Step forward into a right front stance, execute a right reverse punch to the face, and Kiap.
9. Look right, turn 1/2 turn to the left into guarding position, turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance and execute a 'C' block.
10. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right reverse punch to the face.
11. Look right, turn 1/4 turn right into a guarding position, turn 1/4 turn right into a left back stance, and execute a 'C' block.
12. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a left reverse punch to the face.
13. Look left, turn 1/4 turn to the left into a left front stance, and execute a left low block.
14. Pivot feet 1/4 turn to the right into a right front stance, 'X' hands with the left hand inside, pivot back to the left 1/4 turn, and execute a left high block.
