Self-Defense:
1. Right front stance, left knife block, right reverse punch to the body, right punch to the face, grab opponent's arm with left hand, step back, then right front kick to the face, Kiap.
2. Left front stance, left across-body palm block/grab, right ridge hand to the body, right leg sweep, left sidekick to the armpit, drop to the right knee, right punch to the face, Kiap.
3. Left back stance, left inside forearm block, turn 1/2 turn to the left into a right front stance, left elbow to the body, right elbow to the body, Kiap.
4. Left front stance, left knife block/grab, right punch to the body, right ridge hand to the back of the elbow, drop down to the right knee, knife strike sweep to the calf area, return to standing position, left side kick to the armpit, drop back to the right knee, right punch to the face, Kiap.
5. Left front stance, left across-body palm block, turn 1/4 turn right, right knife strike to the wrist, Kiap, grab the wrist with the right hand, grab the shoulder with the left, left leg sweep, place the left knee into the opponent's shoulder blade, apply a two-hand wrist lock.
6. Right front stance, left knife block/grab, right punch to the body, slide the right foot left into a horse stance, right slashing elbow to the face, slide the right foot to the left, right backfist to the face, Kiap.
7. Right front stance, right palm block down, right backfist to the face, left palm strike to the face, left front kick to the body, Kiap.
Form - Won Hyo Hyung
Won-Hyo was the noted monk who introduced Buddhism to the Silla dynasty in the year 686 A.D.
1. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance, execute a 'C' block, and Kiap.
2. Reach out with the left hand and grab your opponent's hair, chamber the right hand behind the right ear for a knife-hand strike, pull the opponent in and knife strike the neck with the right hand, release the opponent, push the opponent's head out of the way with the right hand, step back into a cat stance, then back into a right back stance, and punch to the body with the left hand.
3. Look right, slide the left foot to the right into a guarding position, step right 1/4 turn into a left back stance, and execute a 'C' block.
4. Reach out with the right hand and grab your opponent's hair, chamber the left hand behind the left ear for a knife-hand strike, pull the opponent in and knife strike the neck with the left hand, release the opponent, push the opponent's head out of the way with the left hand, step back into a cat stance, then back into a left back stance, and punch to the body with the right hand.
5. Look left, slide the right foot to the left into a guarding position, execute a left leg sidekick to the body, put the leg down into a right back stance, and execute a double knife block.
6. Advance forward into a left back stance and execute a double knife block.
7. Advance forward into a right back stance and execute a double knife block.
8. Step forward into a right front stance, execute a spear hand to the throat, and Kiap.
9. Look right, turn left 3/4 turn into a guarding stance, step left 1/4 turn into a right back stance, and execute a 'C' block.

13. Slide the right foot to the left (feet together), drop the right hand low, and raise the left hand up.
14. Step forward into a left front stance, execute a right inside forearm block, execute a right front kick, and execute a left reverse punch.
15. Drop the left hand low, raise the right hand high, execute a left inside forearm block, execute a left front kick, and execute a right reverse punch in a left front stance.
16. Slide the right foot forward into a guarding position, execute a right front leg sidekick, chamber the knee back, and place it next to the left foot.
17. Look left and turn 3/4 turn left into a fighting stance.
18. Look right, slide the left foot to the right, step to the right into a fighting stance, and Kiap.
