4. Left back stance, left knife block/grab, right elbow to the body, slide the right foot back to the left foot (feet together), right backfist to the head, pivot 1/2 turn right, right roundhouse kick to the head, Kiap.
5. Left front stance, left knife block, right knife strike to the neck, arm lock ('L'), right leg sweep takedown, left stomp to the body, drop to the right knee, right punch to the face, Kiap.

Form - Choon-Gun Hyung
This form is named after the patriot Ahn Choon-Gun who assassinated the first Japanese governor-general of Korea, Hiro-Bumi Ito.
1. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance, execute a left ridge hand block, and Kiap.
2. Execute a left front kick to the body, followed by a left palm block down.
3. Step forward into a left cat stance and execute a right palm strike shoulder high (tangen).
4. Look right, turn 1/2 turn right into a left back stance, and execute a right ridge hand block.
5. Execute a right front kick to the body, followed by a right palm block down.
6. Step forward into a right cat stance and execute a left palm strike shoulder high (tangen).
7. Look left, turn left 1/4 turn into a right back stance, execute a double knife hand block.
8. Slide the left foot into a left front stance and execute a vertical right elbow strike.
9. Step forward into a left back stance and execute a double knife block.
10. Slide the right foot into right front stance and execute a vertical left elbow strike.
11. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a double punch to the face.
12. Step forward with a stomp into a right front stance, execute a double uppercut to the body, and Kiap.
13. Look left, turn left 1/2 turn into a left front stance, and execute a high ''x'' block.
14. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a right back stance and execute a left backfist to the face.
15. Slide the left foot into a left front stance and execute a left inside forearm block.
