6. Right front stance, left palm block down, left front kick to the body, push opponent's arm to the right, right inside crescent to the head, right roundhouse kick to the head, Kiap.
7. Left front stance, right knife block, right roundhouse kick to the body, push the opponent's arm to the left, left spinning heel kick to the head, Kiap.
Form - Hwa-Rang Hyung
Hwa-rang was named after a youth group in the Silla Dynasty l300 yrs. ago. The group was the driving force for the unification of Korea. The form literally means 'Flowering Youth'
1. Step left into a horse stance, execute a right rising punch, Kiap, and execute a left across-body palm block to center (tangen).
2. Execute a right reverse punch and then a left reverse punch.
3. Slide the right foot to the left foot (together), assume a guarding position, turn 1/4 turn right into a left back stance, and execute a ''c'' block.
4. Grab opponent's hair with the right hand, pull the head to self, and execute a left uppercut to the face.
5. Release opponent, bring the right foot back into a left cat stance, aim with the left hand, step forward with the right into a left back stance, and execute a right side punch.
6. Slide the right foot to the left (together), turn 1/4 turn (forward), and execute a right overhand knife strike to the right.
7. Turn 1/4 turn right into a left front stance and execute a left reverse punch to the body.
8. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a left front stance, and execute a left low block.
9. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right reverse punch to the body.
10. Keeping the right hand extended, grab the right fist with the left hand, turn 1/4 turn left, bring the hands to the right side, and assume a guarding position.
11. Bring the hands to the left, execute a right sidekick to the right, chamber the kick, turn 1/4 turn right, lower the right foot into a left back stance, and execute a right knife strike to the neck.
12. Step forward into a left front stance and execute a left reverse punch to the body (fast).
13. Step forward into a right front stance, execute a right reverse punch to the body (fast), and Kiap.
14. Look right, turn 3/4 turn left into a right back stance, and execute a double knife block.
15. Step forward into a right front stance and execute a right spearhand to the throat.
16. Look left, pivot 1/2 turn left into a right back stance, and execute a double knife block.
17. Execute a right roundhouse kick.
18. Execute a left roundhouse kick, lower the foot into a right back stance, and execute a double knife block.
19. Look left, turn 1/4 turn left into a left front stance, and execute a left low block.
20. Slide the left foot to the right into a right back stance and execute a right cross-body punch.
21. Pivot forward into a left back stance and execute a left cross-body punch.
22. Pivot forward into a right back stance and execute a right cross-body punch.
23. Slide the left foot into a left front stance and execute a low ''x'' block.
24. Turn 1/2 turn left into a right back stance, execute a right elbow straight back, execute a left elbow straight to the left, and Kiap.
25. Turn 1/4 turn left, bringing the right foot to the left foot (together), execute a left low block and right inside forearm block combination.
26. Switch the hands to a right low block and left inside forearm block combination.
27. Step forward into a right back stance and execute a double knife block.
28. Look right, turn 1/2 turn right into a left back stance, execute a double knife block, and Kiap.
